1. Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we deliver all our products anywhere in the UK
2. How long will delivery be?
We aim to deliver all items that are in stock within 7-10 working days.
3. On the day of my delivery, what time will my order be delivered?
We use the pallet network to complete our deliveries. This can be any time between 8am-6pm.
We can offer a timed delivery service, however, you would need to let us know and there would be an additional charge for this.
4. Can I collect?
Yes you can collect, please make sure you contact us before driving as we have two branches which hold separate stock. One is in Wakefield and the other is in Huddersfield.
5. Can you provide more than just a slip?
On some of our products we can provide the corner pieces (pistol bricks) along with slip headers and slip reveals. When you're on the product your interested in it will give you your options.
6. When I place my order I have to wait for a delivery charge, why is this?
In order for us to give our customers a transparent costing system all of our prices are plus a delivery charge (barring collection). The reason for this is quite simply that the delivery cost is subject to how many slips have been ordered and the delivery destination. You will find however, that even when priced this way with delivery added to your overall purchase, our brick slips will still be very competitive.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods can be found at the bottom of every page on our website but to be clear we accept; MasterCard, Apple Pay, Maestro, PayPal, Shopify Pay & VISA.
8. If I have a question about a product, who can I contact before I order?

9. Do our prices include VAT?
Yes our prices on the website include VAT.
10. How is my information secured when using the Fab-Slip Website?
Fab-Slip’s website uses the latest security systems to keep your data safe. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. We are very serious about security and have invested significant time and money to certify that Fab-Slip is PCI compliant.
